The clinical team
The Advanced Redness Solution Rx wasn't formulated by an algorithm or pulled from a generic template. Its protocol was designed by Dr. Lindsey Zubritsky, Dr. Mamina Turegano, and Dr. Jenny Liu — three board-certified dermatologists with decades of combined experience treating real patients.
Your prescription is then written by a board-certified dermatologist on our clinical team, working from the protocol they built. Dermatologist-built medicine, delivered to your door.

What's in the bottle
The Advanced Redness Solution Rx stacks three prescription actives with two supporting ingredients — a dermatologist's multi-active protocol, compounded into a single nightly application instead of three separate prescriptions you'd have to layer yourself.
Active Ingredients

THE MULTITASKER
Calms rosacea-prone skin with visible redness, papules, and pustules — the versatile active that works on redness and bumps at once, at a therapeutic strength.
THE MITE DISRUPTOR
Targets the Demodex mite activity linked to rosacea flares, while calming the inflammation those flares produce. The active most patients have never heard of — and often the one that changes things.
THE INFLAMMATION QUIETER
The most prescribed prescription topical for rosacea in clinical practice. An antibiotic and anti-inflammatory that helps reduce the redness and inflammatory lesions rosacea leaves behind.Supporting Ingredients

THE CALMER
A clinically studied botanical that soothes irritation and supports recovery. Used in dermatology for decades — the quiet ingredient that keeps the strong ones comfortable.
THE BARRIER REPAIR
Lipids that reinforce the skin barrier and lock in moisture. For reactive skin, barrier health is what makes treatment tolerable — ceramides protect the foundation.Exact concentrations are determined by your dermatology provider based on your assessment, your tolerance, and your skin's history. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
What to expect

The Advanced Redness Solution Rx is selected for patients whose rosacea needs multi-active support. Azelaic acid supports redness-prone skin with acne-like papules. Ivermectinaddresses Demodex mite activity, a major contributor to chronic flare-ups that most patients don't know about. Metronidazole— the most prescribed topical for rosacea in clinical practice — supports visible redness concerns. Centella asiatica supports your barrier so your skin can tolerate the protocol.

The Advanced Redness Solution Rx is our maximum-strength rosacea prescription — three actives working together to address the root drivers of stubborn flare-ups. If you've tried single-active treatments without lasting control, this is the formula designed for that. It's not a starter — it's what a board-certified dermatologist would step you up to when gentler protocols stop holding the line.
Experiencing frequent or severe rosacea flare-ups
Finding that milder treatments have not provided lasting relief
Dealing with persistent redness alongside inflammatory papules and pustules
Suspecting Demodex involvement (skin that worsens with heat, makeup, or stress)
Ready for a stronger prescription rosacea treatment, as confirmed during your assessment
Pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive — The Redness & Acne Formulaᴿˣ may be a better fit; your assessment will confirm what's appropriate
New to prescription rosacea treatment— a board-certified dermatologist on your care team may want to start you on a gentler formula first
Looking for fast same-day visible redness relief — The Redness Control Formulaᴿˣ uses oxymetazoline for daytime symptom control
Already on oral antibiotics for rosacea— your assessment will determine whether the combination is appropriate
Sensitive to topical antibiotics or have a history of antibiotic-resistant skin infections
I had tried every rosacea product on the market. Nothing gave me lasting control until DermClick prescribed the advanced formula. My flare-ups are fewer and far less intense now.
Jennifer A.
My rosacea was severe enough that it was affecting my confidence at work and in social situations. The advanced formula through DermClick has genuinely transformed my skin.
Michelle T.
I wish I had known about DermClick years ago. Getting a prescription this effective without waiting months for a dermatologist appointment felt almost too good to be true.

Realistic timeline
Multi-active rosacea treatment works gradually but more comprehensively than single-active protocols. Here's what most patients experience with consistent nightly use.
Results vary. Timelines depend on your starting skin, your formula strength, and how consistently you apply your treatment.

Take our skin assessment. Share your concerns, your skin's history, what you've tried before, and a few photos. The more we know, the better the formula.

Your case is reviewed within one business day, and your prescription is written by a board-certified dermatologist on our clinical team.

Your formula is compounded by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to your door — usually within a week. Your dermatologist stays with you, adjusting your formula as your skin responds.

If you're new to prescription rosacea care, a board-certified dermatologist on your care team may recommend starting with The Redness & Acne Formulaᴿˣ — a gentler daily formula built around azelaic acid. The Advanced Redness Solutionᴿˣ is our maximum-strength tier, built for rosacea-prone skin with frequent flare-ups, persistent papules and pustules, and redness that milder protocols haven't supported enough. If you're not sure which tier fits, take the assessment. A board-certified dermatologist on your care team will tell you which one matches where your skin actually is.
Ivermectin is included for skin patterns where Demodex mite activity may be part of the rosacea-prone picture. Demodex are microscopic organisms that live on the skin and are found in higher concentrations in many rosacea patients. Adding ivermectin gives the formula another mechanism for papules, pustules, and flare-prone redness beyond azelaic acid and metronidazole alone.
Most gentle routines can stay. Gentle cleansers, hydrating serums, broad-spectrum SPF, and barrier-supporting moisturizers pair well with The Advanced Redness Solutionᴿˣ. A board-certified dermatologist on your care team will tell you what to pause — including duplicate retinoids, topical antibiotics that might conflict, strong exfoliants, or physical scrubs — during your assessment.
The assessment asks about this specifically. If pregnancy, nursing, trying to conceive, or medication conflicts apply, a board-certified dermatologist on your care team will route you to a safer option or tell you if treatment is not appropriate before charging you.
Most people notice a meaningful shift between weeks 6 and 12 with consistent nightly use. Multi-active rosacea care works gradually and is selected for broader skin patterns than single-active protocols. Weeks 1–2 are the adjustment period. Weeks 3–6, papules and pustules may look calmer and flares may become less frequent. Weeks 6–12, persistent baseline redness can look meaningfully reduced. Your DermClick care team can adjust your formula if your skin is moving slower than expected.
It's designed for adult rosacea-prone skin with moderate to severe presentation — persistent facial redness, frequent flare-prone reactivity, papules and pustules that return despite care, and skin that may have Demodex involvement. It's not the right starting point for someone new to prescription rosacea care — The Redness & Acne Formulaᴿˣ is built for that, and the assessment routes you clearly between them.
The Advanced Redness Solution Rx handles the underlying drivers of persistent rosacea. If you also need daytime symptom control, or if you're earlier in your rosacea journey and want a gentler starting point, there's a formula for that too.
