Your prescription is written by a board-certified dermatologist on our team, working from formulas developed by our founding dermatologists, Dr. Lindsey Zubritsky, Dr. Mamina Turegano, and Dr. Jenny Liu. You get dermatologist-designed medicine, delivered by a board-certified dermatologist.
DermClick currently serves patients in 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently serve Mississippi, New Jersey, U.S. territories, or countries outside the United States. Eligibility is confirmed during intake and checkout based on your location.
Skin takes time, and the first formula isn't always the final one. If your skin isn't responding the way you'd hoped, message the dermatology team on your case through the platform. The dermatologist reviewing your case will look at where things stand and recommend next steps, whether that's adjusting your formula, changing your routine, or trying a different approach. You can also pause or cancel at any time from your account.
The assessment asks. The dermatologist reviewing your case designs around your specific context, pregnancy, nursing, fertility, GLP-1s, other prescriptions, working from protocols built for these scenarios by our founding dermatologists. There are formula paths for almost every common situation. If we can't safely prescribe for you, we'll tell you and refund any charges, we don't write prescriptions that shouldn't be written.
