The clinical team
The Advanced Anti-Aging Solution Rx wasn't formulated by an algorithm or pulled from a generic template. Its protocol was designed by Dr. Lindsey Zubritsky, Dr. Mamina Turegano, and Dr. Jenny Liu — three board-certified dermatologists with combined decades of clinical experience treating patients at every stage of aging.
Your prescription is then written by a board-certified dermatologist on our clinical team, working from the protocol they built. Dermatologist-built medicine, delivered to your door.

What's in the bottle
The Advanced Anti-Aging Solution Rx pairs one maximum-strength prescription retinoid with three supporting ingredients designed to keep your barrier comfortable through higher-intensity treatment. Four ingredients. One purpose.
Active Ingredients

THE CORRECTOR
A next-generation prescription retinoid selected for more intensive texture, tone, and firmness support than first-line tretinoin — the active that separates Advanced from Core.
THE BUFFER
A form of vitamin B3 that evens tone, reduces redness, and improves tolerance of maximum-strength actives. One of three reasons your skin can stay on tazarotene long enough to see what it can do.Supporting Ingredients

THE CALMER
A clinically studied botanical that soothes irritation and supports recovery. Used in dermatology for decades. The quiet ingredient that keeps the loud ones comfortable.
THE BARRIER REPAIR
Lipids that reinforce the skin barrier and lock in moisture. With maximum-strength actives, barrier health is the limiting factor in how long you can stay on treatment. Ceramides protect the foundation.Exact concentrations are determined by a board-certified dermatologist on your care team based on your assessment, your tolerance, and your skin's history. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
What to expect

The Advanced Anti-Aging Solution Rx works while you sleep. Tazarotene is selected when stronger retinoid support is appropriate for deeper lines, visible photoaging, and firmness concerns. Niacinamide evens tone, Centella asiatica soothes the higher-intensity adjustment, and ceramides reinforce your barrier so you can stay on the formula long enough to see results.

Deeper wrinkles, visible photoaging, loss of firmness that first-line retinoids haven't touched.
The Advanced Anti-Aging Solution Rx is our maximum-strength prescription anti-aging formula. Tazarotene and niacinamide work together as co-actives — supporting texture, tone, and firmness — while Centella asiatica and ceramides keep your barrier intact through the more intense adjustment period.

Watching texture changes, sun damage, or sagging develop alongside the lines
Looking for stronger results than first-line prescription anti-aging can deliver
Familiar with prescription retinoids and able to tolerate a maximum-strength formulation, as confirmed during your assessment
New to prescription retinoids — The Anti-Aging SolutionRx (Core) is the better starting point and steps up cleanly if needed
Pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive — tazarotene is FDA Pregnancy Category X and is contraindicated; your assessment will route you to a safer option
Currently fighting active breakouts alongside aging — The Advanced Acne FormulaRx is built for that
Primarily dealing with melasma or persistent pigmentation — The Brightening SolutionRx is built for that
Already on isotretinoin (Accutane), or finished a course within the past 6 months — we'll need to space your treatment appropriately
I'd been on tretinoin for three years and just stopped seeing changes. Three months on the Advanced formula and the lines around my mouth are noticeably softer. This is what I thought tretinoin would eventually do.

Maximum strength sounded scary, but the assessment made sure I was actually a fit first. The first few weeks were drying — they tell you that upfront — and then my skin turned a corner. Firmer, smoother, more even. Worth every flaky day.
Vanessa L.
Decades of sun caught up with me all at once. By week ten the texture and sun damage looked visibly better, and it's kept improving since. My skin looks firmer than it has in years.

Realistic timeline
Maximum-strength prescription anti-aging isn't a one-week fix — and the concerns you're addressing took years to develop. Real results take time. They also hold. Here's what most people experience.
Results vary. Timelines depend on your starting skin, your formula strength, and how consistently you apply your treatment.

Your formula is compounded by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to your door — usually within a week. Your dermatologist stays with you, adjusting your formula as your skin responds.

The Anti-Aging Solutionᴿˣ is our first-line prescription formula — built around tretinoin, ideal for fine lines, early texture changes, and dullness. The Advanced Anti-Aging Solutionᴿˣ is the maximum-strength tier — built around tazarotene, a next-generation retinoid stronger than tretinoin, formulated for deeper wrinkles, loss of firmness, and visible photoaging that hasn't responded to first-line treatment. If you're not sure, take the assessment. A board-certified dermatologist on your care team will tell you which one matches where your skin actually is — not where you think it should be.
Tazarotene is a next-generation prescription retinoid that's typically more potent than tretinoin and is used when deeper texture, tone, and firmness concerns need stronger support. That power comes with a sharper adjustment period: more dryness, more peeling, more sensitivity, especially in the first 4 to 8 weeks. That's why the Advanced formula includes ceramides and Centella asiatica for barrier support — they make tazarotene livable. If your skin has plateaued on tretinoin, this is typically the next step.
If you don't have active breakouts, you typically won't experience a breakout-style purge. What you may experience instead is a more pronounced adjustment period than with first-line tretinoin: moderate dryness, peeling, or sensitivity for 2 to 8 weeks as your skin acclimates to the higher-strength active. The ceramides and Centella asiatica in the formula are included specifically to keep this phase manageable. If it gets uncomfortable, message us and we'll adjust your ramp-up or your formula.
Most of your routine can stay. Gentle cleansers, hydrating serums, broad-spectrum SPF (non-negotiable on tazarotene), and barrier-supporting moisturizers all pair well with The Advanced Anti-Aging Solutionᴿˣ. What you should pause: other topical retinoids (tretinoin, adapalene, additional tazarotene, retinol), strong exfoliants like glycolic acid or salicylic acid at high concentrations, vitamin C serums at night (use them in the morning instead), and physical scrubs. A board-certified dermatologist on your care team will review your current products during your assessment and tell you exactly what to keep, what to drop, and what to add.
The assessment specifically asks. The Advanced Anti-Aging Solutionᴿˣ contains tazarotene, which is FDA Pregnancy Category X — it is contraindicated during pregnancy due to risk of birth defects, and effective contraception is required during treatment for anyone who could become pregnant. It is also not recommended while nursing. If any of these apply to you, a board-certified dermatologist on your care team will route you to a safer alternative. If we can't safely prescribe for you, we'll tell you before charging you. We don't write prescriptions that shouldn't be written.
Most people start noticing a real shift between weeks 8 and 12 with consistent nightly use. Here's roughly what to expect: weeks 1–2 are the adjustment period. Weeks 3–6, your texture starts to smooth and your tone begins to even out. Weeks 6–12, deeper lines look softer and your skin looks firmer. Beyond 12 weeks, the collagen-building and sun-damage-correcting work compounds over months and years. Maximum-strength treatment is steady, not dramatic — but the results hold, and they're the strongest thing in topical anti-aging short of in-office procedures.
The Advanced Anti-Aging Solution Rx is our maximum-strength anti-aging formula — built for deeper lines, visible photoaging, and skin that's plateaued on first-line treatment. If you're earlier in your anti-aging journey, The Anti-Aging SolutionRx is the starting point, with a clear step-up path when you're ready. And if sun damage and uneven tone are part of your picture alongside the lines, The Brightening SolutionRx is built to pair with it. Your assessment routes you to what fits — and tells you what works together.
