The Dark Spot Solution is a prescription cream built around four active ingredients that fade melasma and uneven pigmentation — without hydroquinone:
- Tranexamic acid — calms the signals that cause skin to overproduce pigment, helping fade existing dark spots and prevent new ones
- Kojic acid — inhibits melanin production to brighten uneven areas and support a more balanced, even tone
- Tretinoin — accelerates cell turnover to lift surface pigmentation and improve clarity and texture
- Niacinamide — reduces the transfer of pigment to skin cells and helps even out tone while keeping the actives comfortable
It's rounded out with two supporting ingredients: Centella Asiatica extract, which soothes reactive skin, and ceramides, which reinforce your barrier through treatment.
The cream comes in three strengths, each combining the four actives at different levels:
