You are charged when your first prescription is finalized by your dermatologist and your initial shipment is processed — not at the moment you take the assessment. If your dermatologist determines you are not a candidate (for example, a referral to an in-person provider is more appropriate), there is no charge.
After your first shipment, you are charged on the same date each month for your refill. The charge date is shown in your account dashboard.
To avoid being charged for the next refill, cancel, pause, or skip the upcoming shipment from your account dashboard before that date. There is no penalty for cancelling, pausing, or skipping at any time. If you are charged for a refill you intended to cancel, contact support.
