- Advanced ($79-$89/month) — maximum-strength prescription. Designed for patients with persistent or severe presentations (treatment-resistant acne, deeper wrinkles, stubborn melasma, severe rosacea), patients with prior tolerance to high-strength actives, and cases that need a multi-mechanism formula.
Your dermatologist chooses the tier based on your photos, your history, and what your skin is actually showing. If you start at Core and need to step up to Advanced, your dermatologist makes that change at a check-in and the next billing cycle reflects the new price. Switching back down is also possible at any time.
