Standard cycle is monthly — one bottle per month, sized to last approximately 30 days of nightly application. For most patients, that cadence keeps you continuously stocked without buildup of unused product.
If you need a different cadence:
- Your formula is lasting longer than a month. (Common for spot-treatment formulas like The Precision Dark Spot Corrector, or for patients on a less-than-nightly schedule.) Adjust your delivery frequency to every 6 weeks or every 8 weeks from your account dashboard.
- You're running short. (Less common but possible if your dermatologist increases application frequency or your treatment area is larger than typical.) Request an additional shipment from your dashboard or message support.
- You're traveling or paused. Skip the next shipment from your dashboard, or pause the subscription entirely. No penalty.
Adjust delivery frequency from your account dashboard or by messaging support. Changes take effect for the next scheduled shipment.
