Yes. Your dermatologist may step you up from Core to Advanced if your skin is not responding to a balanced strength after 8 to 12 weeks, or if your case has evolved. Your dermatologist may also step you down from Advanced to Core if you have stabilized and a maintenance strength is now more appropriate. The next monthly charge reflects the new price.
If you want to request a tier change yourself, message your dermatologist through your account. The change is a clinical decision, not a self-serve toggle — if your dermatologist sees a reason to keep you on the current tier, they will tell you why.
