That includes reading your medical history, looking at your photos in detail, and either writing a prescription or messaging you back if anything in your case needs clarification before a prescription can be written safely.
If your assessment comes in over a weekend or a US holiday, the review may take an additional business day. We do not push reviews to a chatbot or a queue handled by non-dermatologist staff — every prescription on DermClick is signed by a board-certified dermatologist.
