Yes. Adjustments happen in two ways.
- Scheduled check-ins. At week 4 and week 8, a board-certified dermatologist on our medical team reviews how your skin is responding (typically with new photos and a short check-in form), and decides whether to step strength up, hold steady, swap an active, or add a supporting ingredient.
- On-demand messaging. You can message the team through your account at any point — for an unexpected reaction, a question about layering, a change in life context (a new medication, a pregnancy, a planned travel window), or a concern that has changed since your last review. Adjustments made through this channel apply to your next refill.
Most adjustments take effect at your next monthly shipment. If a change needs to happen before then — for example, pausing the formula during an unexpected reaction — the dermatologist on your case will give you specific direction immediately, then formalize the next steps in writing.
