The cancellation is processed when you click the button.

If you want to talk through your options before deciding — for example, whether pausing makes more sense than cancelling, whether a different formula would be a better fit, whether you should switch to a different DermClick dermatologist — that conversation is available on request, not as a barrier. Message your dermatologist or contact support and we will engage if you ask. We will not gate your cancellation on it.
