Three channels, all answered by a person:
- Support chat, email, and the support form in your account dashboard. For non-urgent operational questions and documentation requests — the chat is a quick and easy way to get help without picking up the phone.
- Phone: 1-833-496-4045, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PST. For account, billing, shipping, and general questions.
- In-account dermatologist messaging. For clinical questions about your formula, your reaction, your application protocol, or anything else that needs a dermatologist's review rather than the operations team.
We do not route incoming queries through a chatbot tree. The phone is answered by a person; the chat, email, and form are read by the support team; the in-account messages route to your dermatologist's case queue.
