Pause from your account dashboard. The subscription stops generating shipments and stops billing for the duration of the pause; your account, your prescription history, and your dermatologist relationship stay intact.
Common reasons patients pause:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (when actives in the prescription are not appropriate during this window).
- A planned travel period of more than a month.
- Completing an active treatment phase (for example, the end of a 12-week hydroquinone cycle for melasma) before transitioning to a maintenance protocol.
- A sustained period where the current product supply is lasting longer than expected.
Resuming after a pause: click resume in the dashboard. If you have been paused for more than a few months, your dermatologist may want to do a brief re-review of your case (new photos, a short check-in form) before signing the next prescription, particularly if your skin or your medical situation has changed during the pause.
