How to cancel:
- 1. Log in to your account at app.dermclick.com.
- 2. Open the subscription settings.
- 3. Click 'Cancel subscription'.
- 4. Confirm. The cancellation is effective immediately.
What happens after you cancel:
- Any future scheduled shipments are stopped and you are not charged for them.
- Your account remains active and you retain access to your prescription history, your photos, your treatment notes, and the ability to message your dermatologist for a reasonable wind-down period.
- You can re-activate your subscription at any time without re-doing the assessment.
